I work with women to help them get stronger/avoid injury, train more consistently, to gain muscle/strength and most importantly to feel good.
Most of my clients are focusing on either:
- Strength training for general health benefits/to feel good
- Getting confident in the gym for the first time
- Getting support to train safely during pregnancy
- Returning to training postpartum
- Strength training for injury prevention/sport specific (off-season)
- Deficit/fat loss, maintenance, or surplus/weight gain
- Balancing workload/commitments with nutrition/nutrition to suit their lifestyle. -
1:1 online coaching, is individualised to you and your goals so you can get the best results from your training and nutrition. This is hands on, close contact support - a coach in your pocket for whenever you need. This includes:
- A thorough zoom consult before getting started
- A custom training program every 4 weeks
- Ongoing recipes, nutritional support and high level meal planning as needed
- Fortnightly structured check-ins
- WhatsApp technique analysis
- WhatsApp support and contact (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
- Access to the FB community page for events, long form content, added accountability & extra resources. -
4 week blocks, using the data (weight lifted) from the last phase to progressively overload future phases for the best results. Each time a new phase is due, we collaborate on training frequency, equipment availability and preferences to ensure you're involved in the process.

The investment is $80 per week ($99 initial consult/set up), 12 week minimum term. We're focused on sustainable results and committing to the process together, so your training & nutrition knowledge has been elevated long after we work together.
Mentorship

The aim of the mentorship services I provide, is to build your confidence, develop or streamline your current systems, identify networking opportunities, and other valuable industry insights from years of experience.

Anyone can benefit! From new coaches in the industry, to established coaches. The learning never stops.

The 4 & 6 week programs have structure in terms of topics (such as processes, onboarding, social media and more) but the mentorship is also driven by you, and what support you require.

At the moment, I offer 4 and 6 week mentorship blocks for Confident Coach, alongside one-off calls as required.

Pricing starts at $279 up to $1,600 (dependent upon the mentorship options chosen). Payment plans can be arranged.
